3 Masakan Sabah Yang Menjadi Kegemaran Ramai Orang. Wajib Cuba Tau, Gerenti Sedap.

Sabah dikenali sebagai Negeri Di Bawah Bayu. Bukan itu sahaja, Sabah juga terkenal dengan makanan-makanan yang sangat sedap dan menarik. Masih banyak makanan di negeri ini yang anda semua perlu tahu tau.

Tapi kali ni, Admin nak share tiga resepi makanan Sabah yang anda boleh cuba di rumah sahaja iaitu Ambuyat, Latok dan Kelupis. Kalau dah boleh merentas nanti, boleh la cepat-cepat beli flight ticket hehe. Jom kita try.

1.Sesame Ambuyat

Bahan-Bahan:

1 cawan tepung sagu atau ubi

1 cawan air suam

2 + 1/2 cawan air panas didih

Boleh letak sesame seeds yang dipanggang untuk nampak lebih menarik. Nak tambah kacang tanah yang ditumbuk pun boleh supaya akan crunchy bila makan (Optional).

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Masukkan tepung sagu atau ubi ditambah air suam ke dalam saucepan. Kacau sehingga sebati
  2. Kemudian, baru tuangkan air panas didih secara sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau. Nanti tepung akan memutih dan menjadi pekat.
  3. Seterusnya, letakkan saucepan di atas api kecil sambil kacau sehala sehingga ambuyat nya menjadi pekat atau likat. Baru di matikan api.
  4.  Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk dan taburkan sesame seeds. Ketepikan dulu.

Bahan (Untuk Sweet And Spicy Sambal Asam):

2 batang cili merah

8-10 batang cili padi

Sedikit air asam jawa (Gunakan air masak)

Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Sedikit belacan (Dipanggang)

1-2 biji (Air Limau Kasturi)

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Satukan kesemua bahan kecuali limau kasturi. Kisarkan sehingga sebati.
  2. Tuangkan ke dalam mangkuk. Baru perahkan air limau kasturi dan masukkan kulit nya sekali kalau suka. Sambal nya jangan terlalu pekat atau cair. Sedang-sedang sahaja.

2.Latok

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A:

10 tangkai latok (Petik dari tangkai dan bilas dengan air coway sejuk untuk lebih fresh dan terus toskan sebab latok tidak boleh direndam)

Bahan B:

1 biji lada merah (Dihiris)

(Kalau nak pedas tambah lagi cili)

3 biji bawang merah (DIhiris nipis)

2 biji limau kasturi (Perah airnya)

Sedikit udang geragau (Optional)

3 biji tomato kecil (Besar pun boleh)

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Gaul kesemua bahan yang dihiris bersama latok.
  2. Perahkan air limau kasturi.
  3. Hidangkan segera.

Jika suka boleh gaulkan bersama hirisan mangga muda. Hidangan ini enak dimakan bersama ikan bakar dan nasi panas.

3.Kuih Kelupis

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A:

Tepung pulut

Air

Daun pisang

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Tepung pulut dicampur dengan air sikit-sikit.
  2. Uli sehingga doh tidak melekat pada tangan.
  3. Sapukan minyak masak pada daun pisang supaya doh tidak melekat.
  4. Bulatkan doh. Tekan dan masukkan inti kelapa parut.
  5. Tutup doh dan balut kemas.
  6. Kukus lebih kurang 20 minit.

Bahan B (Untuk Inti):

Gula apong atau gula melaka

Kelapa parut

Gula pasir

Cara penyediaan (Untuk Inti):

  1. Sangai kelapa parut sehingga kering sedikit. Api perlahan.
  2. Setelah kelapa parut kering, masukkan gula pasir dan gula apong atau gula melaka. Masak sehingga sebati.
  3. Setelah adunan sebati, tutup api.
