Sawadikap… Masakan Thailand nak lalu ni. Mesti ramai antara anda semua yang suka dengan masakan Thailand kan? Dengan rasa aslinya dan menu hidangan yang cukup rasa pedas, masin, masam dan manis membuatkan lagi hidangan tersebut menarik dan ramai yang suka.

Bukan itu sahaja, ramai yang sudah memvariasikan masakan Thailand dengan mengekalkan rasa keaslian sesuatu hidangan tersebut. Menarik kan? Anda semua pun mesti terliur dan tak sabar nak cuba. Jom Admin share.

1.Gulai Ayam Siam

Bahan-Bahan:

Bahan A (Untuk Dikisar):

Bawang merah

Bawang putih

Kunyit hidup

Serai

Lengkuas

Cili merah besar

Cili padi

Cili kering

Belacan

Halia

Bahan B:

Ayam

Sedikit minyak

Serai (Diketuk)

Daun limau

Gula merah

Asam keping

Santan

Cara penyediaan:

  1.       Pertama sekali, tumis bahan-bahan kisar sehingga wangi.
  2.       Kemudian, masukkan asam keping, serai yang diketuk, ayam, gula merah dan santahn.
  3.       Seterusnya, renehkan sehingga hidangan tersebut masak.
  4.       Akhir sekali, perasakan dan masukkan daun limau dan siap untuk dihidang.

2.Pad Kra Pao Gai

Bahan-bahan:

Minyak untuk menumis

3 sudu oyster sauce

2 sudu soy sauce

2 sudu sos ikan

Gula secukup rasa

1 biji lada benggala merah dihiris

1 cawan kacang panjang dihiris

1 1/2 peket minced chicken

Sebiji bawang besar dihiris

Bawang putih dicincang

8 biji cili padi merah ditumbuk kasar

Segenggam daun selasih

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis kacang panjang dan lada benggala selama 1 minit.
  2. Masukkan ayam dan masak selama 2 minit.
  3. Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi dan masak sehingga naik bau.
  4. Kemudian, masukkan sos tiram, sos ikan dan soy sauce. Masak sehingga sedikit kering.
  5. Masukkan daun selasih dan kacau sehingga semua menyerap.

3.Nasi Komok (Khao Mok Gai)

Resepi Nasi

Bahan-bahan:

3 ulas Bawang Putih (tumbuk kasar)

4 ulas Bawang Merah (tumbuk kasar)

1 inci Halia (tumbuk kasar)

1 sudu besar serbuk kurma

2 sudu besar serbuk kunyit

1 sudu besar serbuk jintan putih

1 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis

1 kiub pati ayam

3 sekawan (Kulit Kayu Manis, Bunga Lawang, Buah Pelaga)

Minyak Ghee atau Minyak Masak

Daun Pandan (simpul)

Daun Ketumbar

Serai (ketuk)

Garam

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Tumis bahan tumbuk kasar bersama minyak ghee atau minyak masak sehingga naik bau.
  2. Kemudian masukkan daun pandan, daun ketumbar, 3 sekawan dan serai.
  3. Masukkan serbuk kurma, serbuk kunyit, serbuk jintan manis, serbuk jintan putih, kiub pati ayam dan garam.
  4. Kacau sehingga rata dan boleh masukkan dalam beras yang sudah ditoskan.

Perapan Ayam

Bahan-bahan (Untuk Seekor Ayam):

6 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)

2 sudu besar biji ketumbar (dikisar)

Akar ketumbar (dikisar)

2 inci kunyit hidup (dikisar)

2 sudu besar serbuk kari

2 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis

1 kiub pati ayam

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Selepas blend, campur semua bahan dan perap ayam sekurangnya 1 jam.

Sos Thai

Bahan-bahan:

3 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)

1 inci halia (cincang halus)

2 sudu besar chili flakes

2 sudu besar cuka

2 sudu besar gula

1 sudu besar sos tomato

1 sudu besar tepung jagung

Daun ketumbar

Garam

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Masukkan bahan cincang halus bersama gula, cuka, chili flakes, garam dan air secukupnya.
  2. Masukkan sos tomato dan air bancuhan tepung jagung. Masak sehingga likat. Tabur daun ketumbar.

4.Ikan Stim Manggo Thai

Bahan-bahan:

10 sudu sos cili thai

1 sudu sos ikan

1 sudu sos tiram

2  ulas bawang merah

2 ulas bawang putih

2 biji limau kasturi

3-5 biji lada

1 biji mangga muda

Daun ketumbar

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Mula-mula, Ikan diperap garam sekejap. Salut dengan tepung jagung. Goreng sehingga garing.
  2. Untuk sos, campur sos thai, sos tiram, sos ikan, 2 biji perahan limau kasturi, 2 biji lada dan 2 ulas bawang putih yang ditumbuk. Masak sekejap saja. Kalau nak sos lebih, boleh tambah 2 hingga 3 sudu sos thai.
  3. Selepas siap goreng, boleh tuang sos ke atas ikan dan hias mangga muda, daun ketumbar, hirisan bawang merah dan cili padi. Tuang sekali lagi lebihan sos atas hiasan ikan tadi.
