Have you seen these cookies on your Facebook wall lately?
Interesting right? Over the weekend, there has been a surge of these cookies, especially in groups where they share their cooking. This recipe actually came from a member of the group Masak Apa Hari Ni (MAHN) and has been receiving a great response from the community.
These cookies are called ‘Alien cookies’, presumably because of their shape. The Alien cookies are actually milk cookies and only requires 4 ingredients. This gives it a melt in your mouth texture. Super creamy and satisfying!
To make this cookie you will need:
250g of butter
½ tin of condensed milk
400g of corn flour
4tbsp of milk powder
Directions:
- All you need to do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Once it’s fully mixed, start scooping out the batter and shape it into a raindrop.
- Put two chocolate chips as the eyes or decorate the cookie however you like. Bake it for 25 minutes at 165-170 celcius.
