Begini Rupanya Resepi Mudah Kerabu Pucuk Paku Kerang, Ratah Saja Pun Sedap Ni!

Apa-apa makanan yang ada seafood, confirm akan menjadi sedap. Apatah lagi bagi sesiapa yang betul-betul gemarkan seafood seperti kerrang, udang atau sotong. Kali ni, Admin nak share satu hidangan yang mudah dan boleh ratah macam tu sahaja tau.

Terima kasih Noor Baini Bakar untuk perkongsian resipi Kerabu Pucuk Paku Kerang ini 🙂

Bahan-Bahan:

250g taugeh

500g isi kerang

Pucuk paku (Dicelur)

Sedikit belacan (Ditumbuk)

2 biji cili merah (Ditumbuk)

10 biji cili padi (Boleh tambah atau kurangkan, ditumbuk)

2 biji limau nipis

Garam dan gula secukup rasa

1 biji bawang besar (Dihiris)

2 sudu besar kerisik

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Pertama sekali, masukkan taugeh, kerang, kerisik, bahan-bahan yang perlu dihiris dan bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk dalam mangkuk.
  2. Gaul sehingga sebati.
  3. Kemudian, perahkan limau nipis dan perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
  4. Gaul sehingga sebati dan boleh dihidangkan.

Senang sahaja kan? Makan dengan nasi panas pun sedap tau. Bagi sesiapa yang suka ratah pun sedap makan begitu.
