Cara Membuat Mee Kari Chinese Style. Lagi Mudah Dengan Step Yang Ditunjukkan Dan Sedap!

Sedap kan kalau dapat makan Mee Kari? Dengan kuah nya yang begitu pekat, bertambah nikmat nak makan. Apa kata anda cuba resepi perkongsian oleh seorang Pengguna Facebook ini? Lagi senang dengan ada nya cara-cara untuk buat hidangan ini. Yang penting, sedap hehe.

Terima kasih untuk Cik Puan Julieta perkongsian resipi Mee Kari ini 🙂

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A:

1 bungkus mee (celur)

2 biji bawang besar (kisar)

3 ulas bawang putih  (kisar)

2 biji bawang merah (kisar)

2 batang serai (diketuk)

2 bungkus kecil serbuk kari daging (Boleh guna rempah cap O )

1 mangkuk kecil cili kisar

l/2 ekor ayam (potong kecil)

1 mangkuk besar santan fresh

Tauhu kering

Fish cake / Fish Ball

Bahan B (Hiasan):

Telur rebus

Taugeh (celur)

Sawi (celur)

Sambal

Limau Nipis.

Kacang Panjang (celur)

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Mula-mula, panaskan periuk, letak minyak dan goreng serai sebentar.
  2. Kemudian, ,masukkan bahan kisar dan masak hingga wangi.
  3. Apabila sudah wangi agak keperangan. Masukkan rempah kari yang telah di campur dengan 1 mangkuk kecil cili kisar dan masak sampai terbit minyak
  4. Kemudian masukkan ayam dan kacau sebati sehingga ayam separuh masak serta masukkan santan. Sukatan santan agak-agak sahaja, mengikut selera nak kuah pekat atau cair. Kalau tadi letakkan santan pekat fresh lebih kurang 1 mangkuk besar dan asam keping.
  5. Biarkan kuah mendidih.
  6. Perasakan garam dan gula untuk seimbangkan rasa, kalau anda jenis makan ajinomoto, boleh masukkan sekali.
  7. Tambahkan tauhu kering, fish cake dan fish ball.
  8. Akhir sekali, biar hingga mendidih dan kuah menyerap ke dalam tauhu kering dan boleh dihidangkan.

Cara penyediaan (Untuk Sambal):

  1. Mula-mula, ambil segenggam cili kering.
  2. Kemudian, rebus sekejap.
  3. Apabila sudah masak atau kembang, blend kan  bersama 1 biji bawang besar.
  4. Kemudian tumis sampai pecah minyak, taruh garam dan secubit gula.
