Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 packet Edamame beans

1/2 Red bell pepper

Broccoli

Oil

1 packet Mushrooms

1/2 Green bell pepper

1 cube Chicken stock,

3 cloves of Garlic

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil then sauté the onions and garlic. Then add in mushrooms and stir well.
  2. Pour in water and chicken stock. Add in the broccoli, red and green bell peppers and edamame beans. 
  3. Cover the pan and let it sauté for awhile.
  4. Add in salt to taste.
  5. Pour onto a plate to serve.
