Ingredients needed :
1 cup of grated coconut
1 cup of water
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salts
1 cup of lukewarm water
A bit or margarine
Here is how its prepared :
First add grated coconut into a bowl with water, wheat flour, baking powder, an egg, salts and lukewarm water. Mix until well mix then add water if to thick or add flour if to watery.
Then heat the pan and brush a bit of margarine.
Then scoop the mixture into a pan and close the pan for a while.
Let it cook for a while using a medium heat.
Then flip over to ensure they cook on both side.
Lastly remove the pancake and coconut pancake is ready to be served with chicken gravy.
