Bila rasa kurang selera nak makan, apa kata anda cuba menu ringkas yang enak seperti Daging Goreng Bersos Mongolia ini.
Menu ala cina ini menampilkan daging lembu lazat yang lembut dan rasa ‘crispy’ dibahagian tepinya. Hidangkan bersama dengan brown sauce yang mempunyai rasa manis-manis pedas. Sedap dimakan bersama sepinggan nasi putih yang panas atau pun dimakan begitu sahaja! 🙂

Resepi ini disediakan oleh Daddyisthechef.

Bahan-bahan
200g – 250g daging steak – dihiris nipis
1/4 cawan tepung jagung
4 sudu besar minyak sayuran
1 inci halia – dicincang
2 ulas bawang putih – dicincang
3 biji cili kering – potong dua
4 sudu besar kicap cair masin
2 sudu besar gula perang
3 sudu besar air
2 batang daun bawang – potong 1-2 inci

Cara membuat
1. Perap daging bersama tepung jagung seketika.
2. Panaskan minyak, goreng daging lebih kurang seminit setiap bahagian. Ketepikan.
3. Keluarkan setengah minyak goreng daging tadi. Masukkan cili kering, halia dan bawang putih. Goreng dalam 15 saat. Masukkan kicap dan gula, kacau rata.
4. Masukkan air dan biarkan sehingga mendidih. Kemudian masukkan daging dan daun bawang. Gaul sebati sebentar sahaja.
5. Tutup api dan bolehlah dihidangkan.
