How-To-Cook Delicious Thai Basil Chicken, Pad Kra Pow. Makan Sekali, Confirm Nak Repeat!

Anda teringin nak makan Thai food, tapi tak tahu dekat mana yang sedap? Apa kata hari ini buat sendiri di rumah sahaja. Resipi ala masakan Thailand daripada Chef Saf ini memang senang je nak masak. Lebih-lebih dengan menggunakan barangan daripada ADELA, lagi bertambah sedap. Jom try!

CHICKEN PAD KRA PAW⁣

Ingredients:⁣
400g Boneless, skinless chicken breast – chopped or minced⁣
6 Bird’s Eye Chillies- chopped⁣
3 cloves Garlic – sliced⁣
3 tbsp ADELA Gold⁣
20 leaves Thai basil leaves⁣
2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce⁣
4 tbsp Light soy sauce⁣
2 tbsp Oyster sauce⁣
1 tbsp Fish sauce⁣
2 Eggs – sunny side up⁣
2 cups Cooked white rice⁣

Method:⁣
1. Mix the sauces and set aside – in a bowl mix the light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce.⁣
2. In a pan, high heat on, heat up ADELA Gold and stir fry bird’s eye chillies, garlic and chicken until half cooked.⁣
3. Add the sauce and stir fry until sauce thickens.⁣
4. Lastly add Thai basil leaves and ready to plate.⁣
5. Serve with steaming hot white rice and sunny side up egg.⁣
