Kek buah, perlukan kesabaran untuk membuatnya, namun kalau ada keingin, pasti jadi. Perkongsian resipi ini cukup mudah untuk diikuti dan jelas setiap langkah demi langkah.

Selalunya nak raya arwah mak mertua paling busy buat kek ni.. Sekarang saya yang suka mengenang Dan akan buat apa yang dia buat😊… Maklumlah 9tahun duduk dengan mertua.. Suka duka kami2 je yang tahu..

Resepi kek buah cik ila

 

Bahan :

2 cwn Buah kering dan Kismis (tak kisah warna apa) – Rendam dalam air panas dalam 5 minit dan toskan

1 cawan Gula

½ cawan Madu

½ cawan Air panas

250 gm Butter

2 sb Sunquick

3 biji Telur

 

Bahan ayak :

3 cawan Tepung gandum

1 sb baking powder

1sk soda bikar bonat

1sk cream of tartar

 

Cara :

1. Masukkan gula ke dalam kuali, gunakan api perlahan.

2. Apabila warna gula sudah bertukar, masukkan madu.

3. Sambil kacau, masukkan air panas.

4. Kemudian masukkan seketul butter dan biarkan cair. Apabila sudah cair, baru masukkan buah-buahan kering tadi. Masak dengan api perlahan selama 5 minit.

5. Biarkan buah-buahan kembang dan masukkan 2 sudu besar sunquick.

6. Sementara itu, ayak semua bahan dan masukkan ke dalam adunan tadi dan kacau sehingga pekat.

7. Selepas pekat, tutup api.

8. Kisar atau whisk 3 biji telur sampai berbuih dan masukkan ke dalam adunan kek buah tadi dan gaul sebati.

9. Selepas itu masukkan ke dalam dulang atau bekas. Taburkan kismis atau buah kering di atasnya.

10. Kukus selama 3 hingga 4 jam. Jangan lupa tengok air kukus, jangan sampai kering. Jika kering, tambahkan air panas, bukan air sejuk.
