1. 1 cup wheat flour
2. 1 cup water
3. ½ teaspoon salt
4. Some oil
These are the simple steps to make it:
1) First, mix the flour with water, and salt. Stir until smooth and the flour is not lumpy. Dough should be slightly moist.
2) Then heat a bit of oil in a pan, and pour a ladle of the mixture and spread evenly.
3) Cook over low heat until it is crispy on both front and back.
4) When the pancake is slightly yellowish, lift it and the pancake is ready to be served with sambal as condiment.
