Resepi Nasi Ayam, Gerenti Sedap. Sama Macam Di Kedai!

Kalau dapat makan Nasi Ayam, mesti best kan. Dengan ayam ditambah dengan kicap tu, bertambah makan. Bukan itu sahaja, kalau kene dengan selera masing-masing, mahu setiap hari makan. Tapi kalau anda buat sendiri, lagi jimat. Boleh makan banyak.

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A (Untuk Sup):

Ayam

Bawang putih

Bawang merah

Halia

Sup bunjut

Kiub pati ayam

Daun sup

Bawang goreng

Cara membuat:

  1. Mula-mula, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, halia (semua blend) tumis sampai wangi dan masukkan air. Air banyak tidak apa sebab nak pakai untuk masak nasi nanti.
  2. Apabila sudah mendidih, masukkan ayam, sup bunjut, kiub pati ayam, garam dan perasa.
  3. Jika nampak ayam sudah putih boleh angkat. Jangan rebus lama sangat sebab nanti akan goreng pula ayam tersebut.
  4. Kemudian, asingkan sedikit air rebusan ayam tadi untuk masak nasi nanti, yang baki dalam periuk tu baru simpan untuk sup.
  5. Untuk sup, boleh tabur daun sup dan bawang goreng last sekali sebelum hidang.

Bahan B (Untuk Nasi):

3 cawan beras yang siap dicuci

3 1/2 cawan air rebusan ayam tadi

Bawang merah dan bawang putih (dikisar)

2 hiris halia

3 sekawan

2 sudu butter

Sehelai daun pandan (disimpul)

Sedikit serbuk kunyit untuk warna kuning

Cara membuat:

  1. Pertama sekali, cairkan butter, tumis bawang , halia, dan 3 sekawan sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan daun pandan, beras, dan sedikit serbuk kunyit, sedikit garam, kacau sebati dan masak di atas periuk nasi seperti biasa.

Bahan C (Perapan Ayam):

Ayam yang direbus tadi

Sos tiram

Sos cili

Kicap pekat

Madu

Sedikit bawang merah

Bawang putih

Halia (Dikisar)

Cara membuat:

  1. Gaul semua sebati dan perap dengan ayam tadi.
  2. Selepas itu, boleh goreng seperti biasa.

Bahan D (Untuk Kicap):

Air perapan ayam tadi

Kicap cair

Sos tiram

Madu

Sedikit sup ayam tadi

Cara membuat:

  1. Masak atas api sekejap sahaja sehingga mendidih dan kuah pekat sikit. Tutup api.

Bahan E (Untuk Sos):

Cili besar

Cili padi

Tomato

Bawang putih

(Bahan di atas, kisarkan sekali)

Sos cili

Air sup sikit

Cara membuat:

  1. Masakkan bahan yang di blend  tadi.
  2. Masukkan sedikit air sup, tambah gula, sos cili, garam.
  3. Adjust mengikut cita rasa.
  4. Apabila sudah mendidih dan pekat, tutup api.

Boleh hiaskan dengan salad, timun dan tomato.
