Kebiasaanya, dikalangan kita akan masak cucur menggunakan cara asal, sama ada dengan menggunakan tangan untuk masukkan adunan ke dalam minyak yang panas, atau menggunakan sudu/ tempat adunan aiskrim. Tetapi, perkongsian resipi kali ini sangat menarik. Antara cara yang sangat mudah untuk membuat cucur berbentuk bulat cantik dan dengan menggunakan senduk.

Bahan-bahan:

3 cawan tepung gandum

1 sudu teh instant yis

2 cawan air suam panas

1 biji telur

1 sudu teh garam halus

Sedikit serbuk kunyit

Segenggam taugeh

10 helai daun kucai (dipotong memanjang)

Lobak merah (disagat)

1 biji cili merah (di hiris nipis)

Cara membuat:


1. Ayak tepung dan campur semua bahan. Gaul sebati dan perap adunan selama 1/2 jam.

2.Panaskan senduk yang hendak di gunakan. Letak adunan dalam senduk dan letak udang seekor. Agak-agak sudah tidak melekat di senduk, keluarkan cucur tersebut. Dan teruskan goreng hingga garing.


3. Akhir sekali, angkat dan toskan minyak.

Bahan membuat Sos:

5 batang lada merah

6-7 biji cili padi

2 biji bawang putih

1/2 cawan sos cili

4 cawan air

Air asam jawa

Garam gula secukup rasa..

Cara penyediaan:

  1. Kisar semua bahan dan masak hingga mendidih. 
  2. Bancuh tepung jagung dengan sedikit air mengikut kepekatan yang anda suka.
  3. Kacau sebati dan tutup api.
