Ingredients:

100 gram Prawn

100 gram Yam

50 gram Kailan

50 gram Spring Onion

50 gram Garlic

50 gram Salad

300 gram White rice

50 gram Shallots

An egg

ADELA Gold for frying

Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce

White pepper, to taste

Sesame oil, to taste

Method:

  1. Fried yam with 50 g white rice with ADELA Gold, then spare.
  2. Boil kailan until cooked, then spare.
  3. Using ADELA Gold, saute garlic, shallot, eggs and prawn. Next, add in white rice with salt, sugar and white pepper, stir fry until well separated.
  4. Next, add in yam, kailan, spring onion and soy sauce. Stir fry until well done.
  5. Lastly, pour the stir-fried rice onto it and done.
