Cara Membuat Masala Cheese Puff, Hidangan Street Food di Negara India

Ada yang belum pernah dengar atau makan hidangan Street Food di negara India? Untuk resepi kali ini kita bawakan Masala Cheese Puff yang popular dengan menggunakan ADELA Vanaspati, resepi daripada Chef Saf. Sesuai untuk makan petang. Selamat mencuba! 🙂

RESEPI MASALA CHEESE PUFF

Ingredients:
80g ADELA Vanaspati
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
1 1⁄4 cup plain flour
4 eggs
1 1⁄2 tsp masala mix spice
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Method:
1. Pre-heat oven at 200’C
2. In a medium pot, melt ADELA Vanaspati with water, salt, and sugar just until just simmer.
3. Switch off the fire and add in flour, sugar, masala spice and salt and mix until in forms a dough using a wooden spoon.
4. Once it is slightly cooled, add in the eggs, one at a time and mix well.
5. Add in the cheese and mix well.
6. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet with 1 inch in between and bake for 25 mins.
