Cara penyediaan:
1. Cuci ayam sehingga bersih
Bahan tumis
2 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bahan tumis dan 4 rempah sekawan. Goreng sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan kentang dan carrot yang telah dipotong.
3. Goreng sehingga nampak lembut dan masukkan ayam. Goreng ayam hingga kekuningan.
4. Masukkan 1/2 kiub ayam dan garam secukup rasa.
5. Masukkan air dan biarkan hingga mendidih.
*Nak lagi sedap tambah daun sup (kalau tiada pun tak mengapa)
