PIZZA MURTABAK

Ingredients (filing):

3nos egg

capsicum (cut into dice)

dry mix herb

onion (dice)

celery (dice)

tomato concasè

seasoning

oil

Second Ingredients:

dough roti chanai

Methods:

1: First, heat the oil, then add in concasè , capsicum, onion,  celery and mix herb.

2: After that, wait about a minute to cook.

3: After the all condiments cooked, put into bowl and mix with the egg.

4: While waiting the filing a bit cold, tebar the roti canai dough first.

5: Make the first dough become square

6: Then, after the first dough cooked, put on the filing side to side of the dough then make it the filing  stick both side of the dough.

7: Wait about 7-10 minute and pizza murtabak is ready to be served.
