Tumeric Shrimp Satay : Japanese Style Mayonnaise & Hot & Spicy Dressing
Ingredients
500g shrimp -peeled and deveined, leave tail on
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 small onion
1 red chili
2 lemongrass
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil
5 Satay sticks
1 tbsp Kewpie Japanese Style
Mayonnaise
Kewpie Hot & Spicy Dressing
Methods
• In a blender, blend onion, chili, lemongrass into a paste. Transfer to mixing bowl
• Add turmeric powder, Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise, salt, and olive oil. Mix well
• Chuck in the shrimp and let marinate for 10 minutes
• Skewer the shrimps through the satay sticks and heat up grill pan
• Grill the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side
• Serve with a side of Kewpie Hot & Spicy Dressing
