Yakult Potato Salad: Japanese Style Mayonnaise
Ingredients
2 medium Holland Potatoes
1⁄4 of an onion – cube
1⁄4 of a carrot – cube and boil to tender
1⁄4 of a cucumber – cube
3 tbsp Yakult
2 tbsp Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise
2Eggs – boiled – 1 mash 1 halved
Salt & Pepper
Method
• Peel, cube and boil potatoes until tender. Strain and immediately add Yakult
• Mix all the ingredients except for halved boiled egg in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
• Serve in a dish and ready to eat
