Mesti semua tahu kan apakah itu Habbatus Sauda kan? Ianya juga dikenali sebagai herba jintan hitam. Selain untuk kesihatan, ia juga digunakan dalam masakan seperti jintan putih dan ketumbar. Bukan itu sahaja, banyak khasiat yang boleh diperolehi tau daripada habbatus sauda ini.

Khasiat dan cara makan:

  1. Pertama sekali, makan 7 biji jintan hitam sebelum tidur dan 7 biji selepas bangun tidur. Antara kebaikannya adalah menjaga kesihatan menyeluruh, memberi tenaga pada tubuh, mengurangkan kolesterol dan dapat membanyakkan susu ibu.
  2. Yang kedua, goreng 1 sudu kecil jintan hitam dan kisarkan menjadi serbuk. Campur dalam air suam dan tambah 1 sudu besar madu. Antara khasiatnya adalah dapat membantu masalah kencing tidak lawas dan melancarkan keluar haid bagi wanita.
  3. Seterusnya, rebus susu segar atas air yang mendidih. Campur 1 sudu teh jintan hitam dan campur 1 sudu besar madu. Kebaikannya adalah kesihatan tenaga batin bagi suami isteri.
  4. Campur serbuk jintan hitam dengan air suam dan berkumur. Cara ini dapat mengurangkan sakit gigi.
  5. Seterusnya, campurkan 1 sudu besar cuka dan 1 sudu kecil jintan hitam. Kebaikannya adalah dapat membunuh cacing dalam perut.
  6. Akhir sekali, campur 1 sudu kecil jintan hitam, 1 sudu kecil perahan limau dan 1 sudu besar madu. Makan 2-3 kali sehari. Kebaikannya adalah membantu untuk menghilangkan demam selsema dan sakit tekak.
