Cendawan Tiram bersama Ayam

Bahan-bahan:

3 sudu besar minyak masak

2 biji cili api (dibelah dan diketuk)

1/2 biji bawang besar

3 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)

1 keping dada ayam

1 paket cendawan tiram (oyster mushroom)

2 sudu besar kicap manis

1/2 sudu kecil garam

1/2 sudu kecil penambah rasa AJINOMOTO

1 sudu kecil tepung jagung

4 sudu besar air

 

Cara membuatnya: 

1. Tumis cili api, bawang besar, dan bawang putih

2. Masukkan isi dada ayam dan kacau sehingga separuh masak

3. Masukkan cendawan tiram

4. Masukkan kicap manis, garam, dan penambah rasa AJINOMOTO

5. Masukkan air bancuhan tepung jagung, kacau rata & biarkan mendidih sehingga pekat
