Mesti ramai yang merindui Ayam Goreng Hat Yai kan? Kerangupan dan keenakannya memang sukar dilupakan kan. Tetapi tahukah korang cara nak membuatnya cukup mudah, rasanya sama seperti yang di Thailand.

Bahan :

Ayam – bahagian peha, kepak dan thigh.

Tepung beras

Bawang merah – hiris dan goreng hingga kekuningan

 

Bahan perapan :

1 labu Bawang putih

Batang ketumbar – lebih banyak lebih sedap

Serbu lada putih @ lada hitam

Serbuk jintan

Sedikit Serbuk Kunyit

Sos tiram

Kicap cair

Garam

Gula

 

Cara :

  1. Kisar semua bahan perapan.
  2. Kelar ayam untuk memastikan bahan perapan menyerap sempurna. Ia juga supaya ayam masak sekata.
  3. Perap ayam dengan bahan kisar sekurang-kurangnya dua jam sehingga semalaman.. Lebih lama lebih sedap.
  4. Gaulkan dengan tepung beras dan goreng sehingga kekuningan. Gunakan kaedah deep fried dan api perlahan.
  5. Sebelum menggoreng, celupkan batang senduk kayu ke dalam minyak. Jika ada buih kecil bermakna minyak sudah panas dan boleh mula menggoreng.
  6. Balikkan ayam menggunakan penyepit dan apabila sudah berwarna coklat, angkat dan terus taburkan garam sewaktu masih panas.
  7. Taburkan bawang goreng dan makan dengan pulut, cicah dengan sos Sri Racha.
