Resepi Sup Soto, Sedap Dengan Sambal Kicap Dan Bergedil Yang Padu. Cuba Tau!

Mesti ramai suka makan Sup Soto kan? Lagi mantap rasanya dan lengkap dengan adanya sambal kicap dan bergedil. Makan pun mesti bertambah hehe. Kalau anda nak tahu, ada rahsia nak bagi sambal kicap tahan lama dan sedap.

Nak tahu? Jom kita try.

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A:

1 ekor ayam (potong 4)

3 sudu besar rempah soto/rempah sup

1/4  sudu kecil serbuk lada putih

1 jug air

4 sekawan (Cengkih, bunga lawang, kayu manis, pelage)

Bahan B (Untuk Kisar):

1 biji bawang besar

5 ulas bawang merah

2 ulas bawang putih

1 inci halia

1 batang serai

Cara membuat:

  1. Mula-mula, tumiskan 4 sekawan dan bahan kisar. Tumis sehingga  naik bau dan sedikit kuning.
  2. Kemudian, masukkan ayam bersama dengan rempah soto atau rempah sup. Jika tiada rempah soto ganti dengan rempah sup.
  3. Kacau sehingga sebati dengan ayam.
  4. Apabila sudah sebati dengan ayam, tuangkan air.
  5. Masukkan serbuk lada putih, perasakan dengan garam. Masakkan sehingga mendidih dan ayam masak.
  6. Setelah masak, keluarkan ayam. Gorengkan ayam sehingga luarnya garing. Angkat dan carikkan ayam.

Bahan C (Sambal Kicap):

2 genggam cili padi hijau

2 ulas bawang putih

Kicap

Cara membuat:

  1. Pertama sekali, goreng seketika cili padi dan bawang putih di atas.
  2. Cili padi perlu dipatah-patahkan supaya tidak meletup semasa menggoreng.
  3. Kemudian, bila digoreng sambal kicap akan tahan lama dan lebih sedap.
  4. Kisarkan dalam blender dengan kicap. Kicap tersebut pastikan letak sehingga tutup paras cili.
  5. Kisar sehingga hancur semuanya.

Bahan D (Bergedil):

5 biji kentang (kupas kulit dan potong setebal 1/2 inci)

3 sudu besar daging cincang/ayam cincang

3 sudu besar bawang goreng

Sedikit daun sup

1/4 sudu kecil serbuk lada putih

Garam

1 biji telur ayam

Cara membuat:

  1. Mula-mula, goreng dulu ubi kentang sehingga lembut dan kekuningan.
  2. Lenyekkan ubi kentang semasa masih panas.
  3. Masukkan daging cincang, daun sup, lada putih dan garam. Bentukkan bergedil.
  4. Panaskan kuali.
  5. Sementara itu, pecahkan telur, kacau telur.
  6. Akhir sekali, celup begedil di dalam telur dan goreng di dalam minyak yang panas sehingga kekuningan. Tunggu sehingga bahagian bawah begedil keras sedikit baru dialihkan untuk mengelak begedil dari hancur.
