Ingredients are:

Hai-O Min Kaffe,1, sachetsBoiling water,1, cupVanilla extract,1,teaspoonsEgg yolks,3,largeCastor sugar,¼,cupMascarpone cheese,250,gmSifted icing sugar,¼,cupWhipping cream,175,mlItalian ladyfingers,18-20,piecesCocoa powder for siftingChocolate bar for shaving

To prepared :

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix Min Kaffe and boiling water until dissolved .Mix well and let it cool completely.

  2. Heat water in a saucepan and let it simmer. Meanwhile in another bowl add egg yolks and sugar and whisk it using a double boiler technique. Set aside.

  3. Then add whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract into a mixer.Whisk until soft peak forms.

  4. In another bowl combine mascarpone cheese, egg mixture and whipping cream. Mix well and set aside.

  5. To arrange, dip italian ladyfingers in the Min Kaffe mixture and place at the bottom of baking tray/container. Scoop the cheese filling and spread all over the ladyfingers. Repeat until all ingredients is finished. Then let it chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

  6. To serve, sift cocoa powder on top with shaved chocolate bar. Min Kaffe Tiramisu is ready to be served.
