BUTTERFLY PEA COCONUT PUNCH
Ingredients:
1-2 tbsp Dried butterfly pea (Soaked in hot water for 15 minutes)
4tbsp Honey
2 nos Young coconut- pour the coconut in a jar ( using a spoon, remove the soft coconut flesh, that will be incorporated into the punch later
4 nos Fresh Strawberry / cut into 4 segments
2 tbspBasil seed (selasih) – soaked in water and strained
1 or 2 Spring of mint leaf
Ice cubes
Methods:

In a mixing bowl, pour the coconut juice, add in the butterfly pea extract and stir well

Add in the honey and keep on stirring

Next, add in the coconut flesh , strawberry, and basil seed.

Pick the mint leaf and into the punch and finally add in the ice.

Stir well and serve during a hot sunny day
