Ingredients:
1 packet Edamame beans
1/2 Red bell pepper
Broccoli
Oil
1 packet Mushrooms
1/2 Green bell pepper
1 cube Chicken stock,
3 cloves of Garlic
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil then sauté the onions and garlic. Then add in mushrooms and stir well.
- Pour in water and chicken stock. Add in the broccoli, red and green bell peppers and edamame beans.
- Cover the pan and let it sauté for awhile.
- Add in salt to taste.
- Pour onto a plate to serve.
