Recipe for 4 Pax:
Ingredients
1.5kg chicken breast – chopped to a rough mince
2 lemongrass
1 Red Onion
3 cloves garlic
1⁄2 red chilli
1 inch ginger
2 tsp Aji-Shio Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
6 tbsp Cooking oil
Sweet Chili Sauce for serving
12 Lemongrass for serving stick
Method
• In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, blended items and seasonings (turmeric powder, Aji-Shio pepper, salt, sugar). Mix to
combine
• With wet hands, wrap the chicken mix around each lemongrass stick. Set aside
to refrigerate for 30 mins
• Heat up a grill pan with oil. Grill the satay for 3 mins on each side or until
golden brown
• Ready to serve with side of sweet chilli
